# Dive coordinator inspection

19 September 2026. Entire indexed 9978-byte script read, including probability tables, Grid/Cell classes, Rnd, colour interpolation and lifecycle. Script SHA matches Grok return. Not pinned-chain verified. Original generator executed separately through Chrome. Five tokens inspected twice each at 1689x852 viewport. No duration measurement, no interaction tests; full script contains resize/orientation handlers but no custom keyboard/click/audio control.

## Mechanism
Four main layout choices; one full area or two/three/four sections. Weighted configuration values are not audited edition frequencies. Grid selects cell count, pattern and colour sets; certain pattern types snap count to modular constraints. Responsive dimensions from smaller dimension and rounded larger-dimension ratio. Internal 72x72 field supplies stable coordinate-indexed seeds and reusable pattern content; do not mistake 72 for visible rows. Pattern choices include tiles, checkers, stripes, split, outline and concentric rectangular arrangements. Modes normal, phased, black-white and black-white plus colour. Synchronisation and phase rules share seeds/speeds or offset time; unsynchronised cells seeded individually. Direction rules include inward/outward, independent and grouped choices. The collection sample demonstrates grouped colours without complete synchronisation.

Each Cell keeps list of colour stops with positions and widths. On update stops advance by delta*speed*direction, out-of-range entries removed and new ones generated at ends. Avoid adjacent repeated colours with exclusion. Radial gradient centred on cell, radius half larger cell dimension; centre and boundary colours interpolated from neighbouring stops. Interior stops use exponent1.1 easing. Same gradient fills/strokes rectangular cell, two-pixel border to cover seams. Ring is gradient not a discrete disc moving through physical depth. Coordinate rectangles fixed between resize; colour changes create apparent inward/outward motion. Time tick requested60Hz; after first30ticks uses elapsed Date.now delta normalised60Hz, capped10. This is target/algorithm, not measured fps. Resizing reruns seeded layout and can change row/column counts; not just bitmap scaling. Versionstring20211108b is not proof of a documented completion date. No external drawing runtime, js@na and native Canvas2D.

Eight columns/four rows in inspected landscape view. Large gradients red, magenta, yellow, green and purple. Sharp square edges but soft radial centres/rings; some cells almost flat. Between two captures upper-left red with faint pink centre becomes pink with strong yellow centre; neighbouring magenta becomes red. No movement of cell boundaries. Lower-left cooler group contrasts with warmer upper-left; shifting rings disturb overall colour balance.

Much denser array, approximately22columns/11rows visually. White and cyan conspicuous alongside red, pink, purple, yellow. Separate white halos, cyan centres and purple rings shift independently. Read as crowded wall of small lights; local groupings emerge/disappear. Do not infer density directly from trait Granularity8; code adjusts pattern/dimensions.

About18columns/9rows; alternating row families: warm/cyan cells and rows with purple/magenta/white. Rings change diameter/centre brightness and colour between screenshots, while broad row organisation persists. Some neighbouring cell backgrounds merge visually into stretches when colours coincide, although square bounds persist structurally. More legible horizontal organisation than #1.

10columns/5rows. Outer rectangular border yellow/purple, inner border red/blue, centre row yellow/purple. Gradient phases differ within each group. Second state shows top-left purple ring becoming yellow ring with purple centre; inner red/blue field similarly reverses centre/edge emphases. Large structure remains stable despite local changes. Two scales of concentricity: within each cell circular gradients; across field rectangular colour bands.

10columns/5rows. Outer border red/blue/green; middle rectangular band black/purple/cyan; central six cells in middle row bright pink/yellow/white. Individual rings shift, central six-cell bar remains distinguished by light palette. One central white square with large yellow interior becomes pink with yellow centre in later state; neighbours change independently. Dark cells read like openings while bright centre resembles glowing panel, but neither corresponds to physical depth. Clear close-reading candidate alongside #20 and #0. Header should use live original; responsive aspect ratio choose observed landscape1689/852 rather than imposing square.

Primary sources and five canonical token GETs now inspected; substantive rewrite and dual provenance completed. Historical gaps remain as stated in essay. Publication checks follow.

## Research and acceptance
Full 9978-byte native Canvas2D script inspected; digest verified against retrieval and Grok return. Exact query and variables retained. Token canonical pages GET checked. Five original renderers inspected with changing states. Separate artwork and artist-code rights. Indexed auction tiers retained; actual payments, allocations, charitable transfer, terms history and pinned-chain comparison unresolved. Per-essay token telemetry unavailable; null metrics. Structural validation alone does not confer editorial acceptance.
