# Low Tide research notes

Status: draft-for-human-review. Complete source package with pending editorial exceptions; not accepted or published.

Methods: read project instructions, common methodology and specification. Recovered unfinished same-series draft, then independently read the full script, refreshed exact-identity project and token GraphQL records, viewed all five original renderers across separate moments, checked all canonical token pages (HTTP 200), and retrieved AB5D profile HTML. No shared manifests, live pages or Git state changed.

Full-script coverage: Voronoi constructor, edge geometry, random site selection and bounded distance retries, rounded cell contour functions, aperture erase, all six particle body renderers, velocity/acceleration/follow/edge methods, starfish, every Voronoi tree/event/cell/edge method, hash Random class, parameter initialization, setup, draw and final groupCoef/shadow sorts. Fresh exact bytes match the cached script fully read in this turn. Digest in record/evidence. Indexed retrieval only, no pinned blockchain block. No artist source redistributed. Runtime p5@1.0.0, no audio or input handler found. The geometry engine is bundled; no external artwork image/audio load found. No biological pairwise schooling model found. FrameCount and millis use differ, preventing unsupported deterministic-playback assertions.

Sampling and observation: early editions 0, 1, 10, 20 plus collection #348. All five fresh exact-contract token identities obtained, all five originals visually inspected at two moments. Fish positions and reflection contours changed without play click; bottom stones remained fixed. At least 10 seconds separated each pair; precise frame timing was not instrumented. #348 blue stones/pale mixed fish; #0 teal larger stones/yellow accents; #1 fixed yellow starfish and changing sparse fish; #10 smaller blue stones/pale and yellow-green fish; #20 broad cyan stones/peach swimmers. The selection is deliberately small, not statistically representative. Audio was not auditioned; silence is not claimed from screenshots. No documented interaction was found to test.

Ownership: current profile HTML linked_accounts lists all three addresses recorded in evidence.json. Fresh #348 owner matches one. This establishes the header holding without asserting that token ownership conveys copyright. Header date is first indexed mint 2 July 2021; official release date is 9 July.

Mint: first 2021-07-02T22:44:30+00:00; activation 2021-07-07T12:36:40+00:00; second/start 2021-07-09T16:00:34+00:00; completion 2021-07-09T16:03:27+00:00. Difference 173 seconds. Not claimed as public sellout. Current 373/373 and 0.1 ETH are settings, not original maximum or opening price evidence. Allocations not audited.

Rights: Nifty license exactly as indexed; no operative URL. Artwork category unknown. Do not substitute an unrelated NFT/Nifty template. Library LGPL-2.1 and upstream Voronoi MIT texts inspected separately; neither grants artist-code or artwork permission. Exact bundled Voronoi revision not pinned. Remote original presentation recommended pending review; no media assets supplied.

Sources and access limits: project page and Linktree bodies read. Linktree points to Andy Shaw website; direct HTTP returned 503 and web reader internal error. AB5D dossier used only for bibliography discovery, not substantive corroboration. Web reader failed on profile; direct HTTP 200 supplied linked wallet evidence. - Recover substantive development testimony, prototype history and division of labour.
- Recover launch-era price/max announcements and transaction allocations.
- Locate operative Nifty licence and any artist-code terms.
- Pin Voronoi revision and compare script with block-specific chain retrieval.
- Test playback timing/noise and real page embed across environments.
