# The Eternal Pump research notes

The complete 7,067-character indexed script was inspected statically. Four canonical live renderers, editions 0, 1, 10 and 20, were visually compared in successive animated states. The essay distinguishes elapsed-time sine scaling from frame-count-dependent rotation and accounts for the final zero-scale mesh in the construction loop. No independent execution of the retrieved script or pinned chain comparison is claimed.

The collection record and full 3 April 2023 Jason Bailey interview with Cherniak were read. The interview's project-specific passage was verified in the browser after a web extraction timeout. Its account of speculative pressure and subsequent collector fellowship is treated as retrospective testimony. No launch-era development diary was recovered.

Three.js r124's MIT licence, the current Ashima webgl-noise MIT licence and the named CC BY-NC 4.0 deed were read. The artist script credits Ashima simplex noise. Neither dependency grant is treated as an artist-code reuse grant. The Ashima retrieval is not a pinned comparison of embedded source bytes.

Fresh indexed holdings query across the recorded AB5D wallet set returned no Eternal Pump token. The page explicitly records the collection gap and does not substitute an example owned by someone else. Four comparison records remain linked in the essay.

Visual findings: #0 has enlarged gold and cream walls extending downward; #1 has pink, yellow and grey rings on orchid with lateral extensions; #10 combines red/lavender and cooler rings with an oblique lower-right projection; #20 has enlarged grey-green, coral and lavender rings around a pale opening. Successive frames changed the spacing and overlaps in every example. No precise animation cycle was timed.

Current index fields are retained in evidence.json. Original price, announced maximum, allocation classes, historical licence terms and pinned-chain source identity remain unresolved. Publication preserves those questions; structural validation is not a claim of archival acceptance.
