Her entry into the generative art space through a high-profile collaboration has expanded the reach of her aesthetic into on-chain collections while preserving the emotional core of her studio practice.

Formative Years and Core Themes

Born in 1990 in New York, Vittoria grew up immersed in museum visits that sparked her artistic ambitions.² She earned a BFA in graphic design from Boston University and began her career in New York City as an illustrator.³ Early recognition came through features highlighting her focus on the female form, body positivity, and challenging societal taboos around femininity.⁴ Over time her work evolved toward greater abstraction: ribbons of color twist and layer across compositions, often accompanied by short poetic phrases or single words that invite personal reflection. Clients such as The New York Times, Gucci, and H&M have commissioned her distinctive style for editorial and commercial projects.⁵ This foundation in emotional, colorful abstraction directly informed her approach to generative work.

Balance and Generative Practice

In early 2024 Vittoria realized a long-held ambition by partnering with generative artist and coder Kelly Milligan on Balance, a 250-edition collection released on Art Blocks.⁶ As a traditionally trained artist without prior generative experience, she contributed the visual and conceptual language of equilibrium expressed through color play and fluid movement.⁷ The resulting works feature generative abstract compositions that nod to the ever-changing nature of harmony. Collectors experience an interactive element allowing temporary adjustments to the piece's arrangement at mint, underscoring balance as an active, shifting state rather than a fixed point.⁸ The project sold out rapidly, demonstrating strong collector interest in her aesthetic translated to code.⁹ Through this collaboration Vittoria bridges her analog roots with blockchain-based art, using the same principles of color, form, and poetry that define her paintings and prints.
