Autonomoses is the on-chain name used by Emmanuel Moses for Túnel Dimensional, a 2022 Art Blocks Factory project of 320 unique artworks.1 Moses's broader biography places him in Panama's contemporary abstraction, with training in advertising design at SCAD and a practice that moves between graphic precision, hand-finished surfaces, mural scale, and digital systems.2
The generative project is best understood as an extension of a physical vocabulary already present in Moses's tunnels and portals. The artist's own published project text describes the series as beginning with light, where patterns and angles make the eye perceive distance, thresholds, and spatial distortion.3 In this sense, Túnel Dimensional does not abandon the studio. It translates a studio problem, how color, repetition, and contour can create an imaginary passage, into an editioned software system.
From optical painting to long-form variation
Moses's physical works are often discussed through order, calibration, and optical intensity. Artsy's overview describes a method based on mathematical color calibration, weight, pigmentation, and subtle shade selection, linking the work to his design background.4 Iconic Art System similarly identifies him as a Panamanian artist born in 1986 in Panama City, noting his study of advertising design at Savannah College of Art and Design and a turn toward art after work in advertising.5
This background matters for Túnel Dimensional. The work is not simply a digital tunnel effect. It is a coded framework for testing how an image can be made to pulse between flatness and depth. The Art Blocks collection page records its release on 19 April 2022 and identifies the project as 320 unique artworks.1 Verse's market and project archive preserves the same Art Blocks context and frames the work within the artist's Tunnel Series, emphasizing possible worlds, thresholds, and the viewer's escape into the unknown.6

Panama, geometry, and public scale
The post-Art Blocks record shows Moses continuing to develop related concerns in physical space. Pinta's 2026 editorial on Geometría en Tránsito at NG Art Gallery describes an optical-kinetic language tied to the movement of water, the Panama Canal, sovereignty, vulnerability, and material history.7 This is a more explicitly territorial and political register than Túnel Dimensional, yet it shares a commitment to movement through geometry.
Square One Gallery's 2024 artist page and news item present Moses as a Panama-based contemporary artist whose works center on precise geometric forms, color, and original paintings.8 Oliver Cole Gallery's artist pages list Moses as Panamanian, born in 1986, and show 2025 portal works in acrylic on aluminum.9 Fair listings for Art Miami and Art Palm Beach also place Moses within a commercial contemporary-art circuit alongside optical, sculptural, and postwar-adjacent gallery programs.10
Position in AB[500]
Within AB[500], Túnel Dimensional is a compact but coherent bridge between Latin American optical-kinetic abstraction and early-2020s Art Blocks Factory experimentation. The project's six sampled outputs show why the series belongs to that history: a portal is generated through color bands, depth cues, directionality, and variation, while the edition count, 320 works, fixes the algorithm as a finite collection. Art Blocks' 2022 Rio dispatch later listed Autonomoses among eight Latin American Art Blocks artists exhibited at NFT Rio, situating the project in a regional generative-art context rather than as an isolated drop.11
