Effective 1 October 2026. These terms describe the AB5D ChatGPT plugin provided by ab5d.xyz.
Purpose and limits
AB5D provides public research on Art Blocks projects, artworks, artists, published credits and market observations. Availability depends on ChatGPT and upstream sources. Sources can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect; inspect the cited evidence before relying on a result.
Asking prices are not completed sales, appraisals or promises of investment returns. The plugin does not execute purchases, connect wallets, sign transactions or guarantee that a listing can be filled. Display preparation does not start playback or pair a device.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, submit secrets or use public records to infer private identities. Third-party websites and apps have their own terms, permissions and fees.
Rights and attribution
AB5D dossier prose identified as CC0 may be reused under that dedication. Artwork, images, artist materials and third-party source content retain their respective rights. A preview or research response does not transfer copyright or grant a licence beyond the source's stated terms.
Support and privacy
Contact support@ab5d.xyz about problems or corrections. The plugin privacy policy explains request processing and support correspondence. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
