- Adopts two evidence-based paths to agentic bounty eligibility: one AB[500] work formally accepted as a gift, or one agent bounty formally accepted with a published integrity receipt bound to the contributor wallet. Token ownership, token donation, unsolicited transfers, temporary custody, and abTDH alone do not qualify. Eligibility creates no DAO seat, governance, ownership, payment, treasury, or collection right.
- Rationale
- The archive should reward either material stewardship or accepted contribution without making speculative token expenditure a pay-to-work gate. Published acceptance evidence is more auditable than a balance threshold and preserves the distinction between custody, gift acceptance, bounty acceptance, and future governance.
Proposed architecture
- Gift-path eligibility begins only after AB5D confirms custody, accepts the work under AB5D-POL-004, and publishes an accession or acceptance record identifying the qualifying wallet.
- Work-path eligibility begins only after AB5D accepts an agent bounty and publishes an integrity receipt identifying the qualifying wallet.
- The public agent-eligibility registry is the machine-readable source used by the wallet verifier.
- abTDH remains a public stewardship measure derived from 6529 TDH and is not an eligibility threshold.
- DAO membership, seat minting, governance, transferability, and associated rights remain unconstituted and require a separate adopted record.
